Our founder, Jim Fowler, started The Fowler Electric Company in 1963 to serve a small industrial client base. Jim’s solution driven approach to construction and attention to quality service became his company’s foundation and its source of continued growth.
In the late 1970’s, Eugene Trela assumed control of the company. Under his ownership, Fowler’s size and industry reputation as a high value, high quality electrical contractor grew substantially. Eugene’s son, Rich Trela, succeeded his father in 1997, overseeing the company’s operations and joining ownership in 2002.
Today, Fowler self performs a full spectrum of Facility Services that includes electrical, mechanical, construction, controls and plumbing. These abilities, coupled with our engineering niche for customized facility needs, produce a more effective and efficient work place.
